What is the cost of shipping?

We offer complimentary USPS Priority 1-3 day shipping on all orders $75.00 or more. The cost of shopping for all orders under $75.00 is $8.00 for ground shipments, and $11.00 for USPS Priority 2 day shipping.

How long can I expect shipping to take?

USPS Priority 1-3 day shipping is typically delivered within 1-3 days from the day it is shipped out. This does not include processing time of the order, which may take 1-3 days prior to the ship date. Ground services may take 3-5 business days after the time of processing. If you have questions about expected delivery of an order that has already been shipped, please contact the United States Postal Service first at www.usps.com or by calling 1-877- 747-6249.

How can I return/exchange a product?

Returns are easy! To initiate a return, please visit https://pretty-please-ny.returnly.com/ and fill out the return request.

My tracking number says an order has been delivered, but I have not received it:

If you have received a tracking notification stating that your shipment has been delivered and you have not received it, please contact USPS first by visiting www.usps.com or calling 1-877- 747-6249. If they are unable to resolve the issue, please contact your bank to dispute the charge. We are unable to provide a secondary shipment for orders that have been marked as delivered.

Complimentary samples:

We realize testing samples is very important in purchasing skincare products and we are proud to offer 1 complimentary sample with each full size product purchase to all of our customers. Any request for samples may be made in the notes section on the checkout page. Unfortunately, due the vast amount of samples requested, we have implemented a charge on orders that contain only samples or for samples wanted above the complimentary sample amount .
